Campaign mode removed from last-gen versions of Black Ops 3
The official Call of Duty website revealed that Beenox and Mercenary Technology’s Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 ports of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 won’t include the game’s main story mode. Activision and Treyarch have confirmed that the single player component of Black Ops III has been cut from the last-gen versions of the game, though multiplayer and Zombies are still there in their entirety. The days of developers continuing their support for Xbox 360 and PS3 are numbered. This means that there will be plenty of new features in the last generation version including a different kind of zombie mode.

Since announcing the co-branded and early access content push at their E3 conference this year, Sony has now unveiled a new 1TB Black Ops III themed PlayStation 4. But Activision today dropped some bad news on the owners of the older consoles who were hoping to enjoy the latest iteration of the cinematic shooter series.
Last-gen players won’t be able to experience the new campaign Treyarch has cooked up for ‘Black Ops 3’. Activision says that by adding the ability for players to team up with their friends during the Campaign it made the game to resource intensive for the Xbox 360 and PS3 to handle.
If you don’t care about single-player, you’re probably not alone: most people buy these types of games to go virtual-shooting with their friends.
The console is presented in Jet Black and is adorned with the Call of Duty: Black Ops III ember orange logo, with orange power and eject buttons.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is definitely coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. In order to make it up, all versions come with a voucher for Black Ops 1 on the respective platforms. First launching in 2005 with the release of the Xbox 360, the seventh generation of consoles ran all the way to 2012.
