Meet Homer’s New Love Interest in ‘The Simpsons’ Premiere Clip Spinoff Online

According to Christian Post, executive producer Al Jean confirmed this in an interview and revealed that now that Homer and Maggie are legally separated, Homer will be involved with someone else.

Lena Dunham will wake up next Homer Simpson during her stint on The Simpsons [Lena Dunham/Instagram].

“I have the tremendous/horrendous fortune of waking up next to Homer this Sunday on The Simpsons“, the actress captioned the pic, along with the hashtags “#homewrecker” and “#sexualhealing”.

In June, it had been revealed that Lena was set to guess star – as are a number of Girls actors – on Fox’s iconic cartoon.

Voiced by “Girls” creator/writer/star Lena Dunham, Candace is a twentysomething pharmacist who falls for Homer while filling a prescription to treat his newly diagnosed narcolepsy.

A video clip from the Season 27 premiere of “The Simpsons” gave fans a glimpse of the new woman in Homer’s life.

“We wanted to take a serious look at what it would really be like to be Mrs. Homer Simpson“, he said.

It seems that the new season of the “Simpsons” has something new for the beloved family. Instead, he just teased: “She has tattoos-and we see some of them”.

Most recently in 2013, the blue hair stunner accidentally found herself on the Springfield version of Ashley Madison and started an online chat affair with Ben (voiced by Seth MacFarlane).

Marge has finally reached her limit with Homer’s selfishness, laziness, and boorish ways and decided that she will no longer tolerate his bad behavior.
