Hillary Clinton email controversy continues with new batch found

Clinton gave State printouts of 30,000 emails from her private account in December 2014, almost 10 months ago.

Today, the State Department ended up producing more emails, these ones dealing with Libya and Benghazi, that were not originally turned over.

The House Benghazi Committee plans to hold a public hearing with Clinton next month to hear specifically about what the emails might say about the attack on a USA diplomatic outpost in Libya that killed four Americans on September 11, 2012.

However, Clinton has maintained that she delivered all the “work-related” emails to the State Department.

Hillary Clinton can’t seem to kick her decades-long habit of taking money from sketchy campaign contributors”, RNC spokesman Michael Short said. Now these emails have come forth. They also sought to determine if Abedin had any outside agreements or transactions.

Hillary Clinton’s next fundraising swing through Los Angeles on Sunday may be her final visit before the 2016 race takes on a whole new dynamic.

Ware stressed that the panel had little ability to assess State’s latest release since the documents have yet to arrive.

The said correspondence between Clinton and Petraeus were exchanged in 2009, specifically in January and February, according to the Department. But the emails show Abedin’s approval for the special adviser job was pushed through even as State Department ethics, personnel and legal officials warned that she had failed to provide financial data necessary to rule out any potential conflicts.

All this comes on top of a New York Times report Thursday that the FBI is closely examining a number of Clinton’s emails to try to determine “whether aides to Mrs. Clinton mishandled delicate national security information when they communicated with their boss”.

“If indeed this is a sign the stonewalling and political protection effort that was previously being run by the (State) Department is diminishing, the committee welcomes it”, he said. Critics argue that if Clinton had followed the rules, no time and resources would have to be used on this investigation.

While I do not know what information may be “responsive” for purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my e-mails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the State Department, and on information and belief, this has been done.

“Clinton’s private email server was secure”. Clinton is scheduled to speak before the Benghazi Committee in October.
