Georgia players, coaches offer prayers for Southern’s Gales
Southern wide receiver Devon Gales suffered a spinal injury during a 48-6 loss to No. 7 Georgia on Saturday at Sanford Stadium, and he is being treated at an area hospital. Gales was motionless for about 10 minutes on the football field as Georgia and Southern’s training staffs tended to him.
