The accident happened on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and involved seven students.

A student returning to Pennsylvania State University after volunteering at a pediatric cancer fundraiser, died in a auto wreck along the Pennsylvania turnpike Sunday afternoon.
Sargent Frank Ball of Penn State Police confirmed that the students were from Penn State but could not provide any other details of the accident, which is still under investigation.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident and have said it is unclear how the accident occurred.
The impact in Charlestown Township threw the 19-year-old sophomore studying graphic design, Vitalya (Tally) Sepot, from the overturned vehicle carrying six other students.
Others injured were taken to a local hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
“Our hopes are with the students injured, whose release from the hospital we are eager to see, but our hearts are with Tally’s family and friends, whose awful loss we mourn”, Sims said. We will do all that we can to honor her memory and dedication to THON.
Selected college students spread out across Lower Pottsgrove, Pottstown, Limerick and Royersford during the weekend (Friday through Sunday, September 25-27, 2015) with well-labeled collection cans, seeking donations from motorists and shoppers in a launch of the 2016 Penn State THON fund-raiser to fight childhood cancers.
Several weekends a year are designated as “canning” weekends, where students solicit donations in communities across the region. “This is a hard time for many”.

The University’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) unit said counseling sessions will be available.
