Man posted selfie after getting shot in shoulder during a rampage
A man posted her selfie after getting shot in shoulder by a rampaging gunman.

It was reported that the 20 year old, Ryan Martinez, was forced to hand over the keys of his car by a gunman, who name was believed to be Ryan Giroux.
But when he refused to do so, Giroux shot Martinez over his shoulder.
Immediately Martinez took a selfie with lots of blood coming out from his shoulder and posted online, before falling off.
He was then transferred to hospital.
Police later arrested the suspect and found that he already had served five years for a number of charges, including second degree burglary and marijuana possession.
