‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Deleted Scene Clarifies Confusing Plot Point
The Infinity Stone gave Vision enormous powers and with his help the heroes were eventually able to defeat the villain in the movie. While watching the sequel, it also felt as if a lot was missing from the scene. Therefore, it would be wise to not exclude such scenes from the movie.

The scene features a further exploration of Thor’s trip to the Norn Cave along with his friend Dr. Erik Selvig.
The Norn are female beings who decide the destiny of the Gods and after taking a shot of the strong stuff for some bravery, Thor enters the water to become possessed by them.
When Avengers: Age of Ultron was released earlier this year, writer/director Joss Whedon revealed that his first cut of the superhero adventure was considerably longer than what ended up in cinemas.
Avengers: Infinity War will centre on these six stones, and will see Thanos presumably take on the Avengers to get back the mind stone.
The Norse god of Thunder told Selvig that he would dip into the pool and let The Norns to possess him. Nonetheless what we saw in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” was nothing short of spectacle and it turned out to be an equally unbelievable sequel. “Chris got to do something different, and he really threw himself into it, and he did a attractive job, but it wasn’t well regarded by the test audiences”, he said. “Thor is always the hardest guy to integrate”.

Comicbook.com added that Thor left Hawkeye’s distant farmhouse because he wanted to know the secret hidden behind his visions when he was under Scarlet Witch’s spell. It’s worth a listen. Check it out in the player below and catch the film on Blu-ray and DVD October 2.
