Slipknot’s Corey Taylor will feature in an upcoming episode of ‘Doctor Who’

The United Kingdom tabloid cites an unnamed “insider” as the source of the news which reports that Taylor provided a “deafening roar to alien warlord the Fisher King as he battles Time Lord Peter Capaldi” in an upcoming episode.

Slipknot’s Corey Taylor is to make his debut in a BBC drama, but not as an onscreen actor, or even in a speaking role.

Jenna Coleman, who has played The Doctor’s companion Clara Oswald, recently confirmed that she was stepping down from the show at the end of the current series, and will be playing Queen Victoria in a forthcoming biopic about the British monarch.
