Between filming Fuller House and his new FOX comedy Grandfathered, John Stamos has been pretty busy of late!
Stamos is something of a regular guest when it comes to the Beach Boys performing onstage.
“They’re fully welcome anytime”, Stamos told host Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today” show Monday. He’s of course referring to the Olsens saying they learned about it from Stamos on Jimmy Kimmel Live and certain comments he made on Twitter after the fact. “I talked to them and why they didn’t want to come back”.
“Well, I lost my mother a year ago, and she was the love of my life – obviously a hard time for me”, Stamos told Today this morning.

“I talked to them”, he continued.

As for the Olsens, will fans get to see Mary-Kate and Ashley on “Fuller House?” “I had some time off and I had a decision to make and I’m so glad I did it”. “It’s very sweet, it has a lot of the same elements as the original did”. He even played alongside them on a 1988 episode of “Full House“.
