#ModiAtFacebook: Twitter reacts to Narendra Modi’s interaction with Zuckerberg

Ahimsa is the greatest Dharma, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on the Facebook’s Real Wall at its headquarters in San Jose when he visited for a Townhall question and answer session.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to Narendra Modi’s interaction with Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook headquarters.

“Ahimsa is the greatest Dharma”. “Satyameva Jayate”, tweeted external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup, with a photo of the writing. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, much admired by PM Modi, travelled specially to Kyoto to greet the Indian Prime Minister and the two leaders had hugged.

Modi is then seen holding Zuckerberg by his arm and pulling him aside as he gestures to the camerapersons who wanted to get that ideal shot of the trio.

Modi spent a total of more than 100 minutes at the Menlo campus, taking a tour of the campus with Zuckerberg, besides the Q&A session.

“When we were small, to sustain us she cleaned dishes, fill water, did laborious work at the neighbouring houses”.

The Prime Minister also talked about his days as a young boy selling tea at the railway station.
