‘Strictly Come Dancing’ contestant Anthony Ogogo’s first turn on the dancefloor proved to be a memorable one, after splitting his pants on the first live show.

Next up was Call The Midwife star, Helen George who danced a dreamy and romantic Waltz, which was something straight out of a fairytale.
All the stars are keen to get it right on the night. Not bad for his first time at the rodeo!
Len Goodman said Jay’s nerves “didn’t show at all”.
“Don’t go anywhere, you are “Wanted”. “I would only say for you to get a little bit tight in the arm movement”. She looked crestfallen – clearly out of practice on the stage. But there were a few wobbles and the judges were quick to pull her up on them. There’s always tomorrow’. “It lacked a natural continuous flow”, added Craig, criticising her balance.
However, fellow panellists Len and Darcey tried to encourage her: “It was like a summer day”. Brendan was visibly disappointed but promised these would be their lowest scores of the competition.
All hail Jeremy Vine’s dad dancing!
Darcey Bussell added: “It’s so hard for men doing the cha cha to own the dance”.
Darcey: “It was strangely fabulous!”
Judge Len rolled out one of his standard assessments: “You gave that plenty of welly!” he burst out as Rani was given a score of 27 points. The audience were appalled, clearly of the opinion that his bottom wiggles deserved more respect.
Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice were soon delivering the goods. The judges were fans of the former Corrie star’s attempts, too. “You need to sort your posture out”.
Tim said: “I don’t have a favourite”.
Meanwhile there was rare praise for Anton Du Beke and his partner Katie Derham. “We’ll be pulling out all the stops, with a terrific line up of celebs and their dance partners”.
Struggling with the sexy elements of the dance, the Country File presenter started her performance in a farm inspired set.
Bruno: “I’ve never seen something like that at the Albert Hall!”

Len said: “The longest I’ve ever seen you not smile…” “But get some hip action; get some fire in the loins”. “I couldn’t take my eyes off your lips”, she said as the genial chef received 20 points.
