Zolciak was seen via video about mid-way through the episode when she told the audience, “I feel really great”, after last week’s medical emergency, which earned her three days in the hospital. Kim told ET, “I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days”. Zolciak said the entire left side of her body went numb, calling it “the scariest thing I’ve ever been through in my whole life”.

After experiencing very low scores on Dancing with the Stars, then making a comeback with her scores, she’s now experienced a stroke that sent her to the emergency room.

Unfortunately, the reality star wasn’t allowed to fly from Atlanta to L.A. because of the health risks of being in a pressurized cabin, so her partner Tony Dovolani danced with a stand-in.

Zolciak has been updating her fans via Instagram, posting photos from her hospital bed throughout the ordeal. Her status on Dancing With the Stars remained to be determined until Monday night. Thanks for the tip, Kroy, but Brielle is just fine only speaking the language she knows. The judges commented that she did not give it her all, and said that it seemed that she was too shy to get into her groove.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann may not be ready to say goodbye just yet. “Family comes first, health comes first”.

Tonight on ABC Dancing With The Stars returns for a third week and Alek Skarlatos and his professional dancing partner Lindsay Arnold danced Tango routine to the theme from “True Blood“.

“It is evident how much of a fighter she is”, said Dovolani.

“He even brings me my favorite coffee”.

As always, the footage was played up and Carter wowed judges with what Hough deemed “the best dance of the night”.
