Matt Damon Crashes “Jimmy Kimmel Live” as Dr. Phil: Watch Here!
“The Martian” star Matt Damon has had it easier surviving on Mars than getting on Jimmy Kimmel’s show, so on Monday the pair finally tried to resolve their issues.

Damon appeared on stage doing his best Dr. Phil impersonation, wearing a wig and fake mustache much to the dismay of Kimmel who greeted him with, “Seriously, what are you doing here?”
And when Kimmel disputed the guarantee, he and Damon referred back to a video of their “therapy session” earlier in the day.
In therapy, Damon expressed his grief on being scheduled to appear on Kimmel’s show every night for 12 years and having to wait in a room backstage-only to be bumped by Kimmel each time. “We have other guests, I have a monologue to do, I have a band”.
It’s the latest instalment in the Kimmel vs Damon saga, which all began with the talk show host’s regular gag that his show had run out of time to feature the Hollywood star.
May we just say things certainly took an inneresting turn. “He talks the talk and he makes me think I’m insane”. “Look at his face and look at his body, it’s not a movie star face or a movie star body”, an increasingly evil Kimmel responds. “I took this sh- over and busted the ratings wide open”, Damon said.
Damon and Kimmel are in couples therapy.
“You said that I could be on the show today, when we were in therapy”, Damon protested.
Bill Murray was Letterman’s first guest on “Late Night”, and the actor always makes a splash when he returns, including fabulous entrances as Liberace and Peter Pan.

What would later be revealed as an elaborate method acting job, Joaquin Phoenix’s weird appearance in 2009 confused not only Letterman, but most of America as well. It would end up being Carson’s last TV appearance.
