“For the last three days, the Congress is misleading the country…. the Congress has claimed that he is travelling to Aspen in the USA to attend a conference known as “Weekend with Charlie Rose“. “The prime minister has a vision for 125 crore people of India to lift them out of poverty and (to) turn their dreams into reality”. Taking a jibe at Gandhi, he claimed that the problem his party faces is to decide whether their “Yuvraaj” was doing “part-time politics” or “full-time tourism”.
The Weekend with Charlie Rose conference started started 24 September and concludes on 28 September“.
“The Congress is a unique party… has no knowledge about its own top leader, the Congress is in confusion about his visit”, the minister said.
The BJP leader said Modi was trying to raise, through the use of modern technology, the economy of undernourished parts of India.

In an attempt to silence all the criticism surrounding his absence, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi had posted a picture on Twitter of himself attending a conference in Aspen. “It is this doting behaviour that has made Rahul Gandhi the spoilt child of the Indian politics”, BJP spokesperson M J Akbar told.
