Steve Kerr expects Andre Iguodala to come off bench again

So how’s Riley handling her big-sister duties?: “She still has the same loud personality that she showed everybody a year ago”, Curry joked. “For us, it’s about doing what we did well and doing it better”.

While winning the title provided confidence, the challenge this season for the Warriors will be staying sharp through the entire regular season, knowing how hard the grind of the playoffs can be.

Iguodala said Monday that because of his comfort as the sixth man that rather than take it out on the starters in practice, he would take approach the role with the focus more on the opposing team. “I don’t think that’ll ever be a problem on this team, especially with us being so young”, Green said during Warriors media day Monday.

Green said he hasn’t really bought himself anything special with his new riches, but enjoyed a mid-summer reunion with his teammates at Andre Iguodala’s wedding in Cabo San Lucas. By avoiding that and sacrificing individual glory, you give your team a chance at repeating success. The “Baby-faced Assassin” said he has been working on his game during the summer break and insisted that he is going to be “smarter” in the 2015-2016 National Basketball Association regular season.

“Nothing is set in stone, but we won 67 games, so I don’t think we’ll change the starting lineup to start the season”, Kerr said. “I will probably never do a two-a-day again in my life”. “Again, you have to let camp play out”.

“Maybe he can show me things that I don’t see on the floor”, Curry said.

“I just want to come in and see if I could be in a winning situation”, Gordon said.

“My son has higher expectations for me, that’s the curse of that”, Iguodala said with a grin.

NOTES: F Harrison Barnes remains hopeful he will sign a contract extension before the deadline at the end of October. “I don’t know what happened to him”.

“He’s in that right frame of mind, and I think he’s looking forward to trying to help us out in any way possible with shooting the ball”.
