Skype 6.4 for Android: Manage Conversations from Android Wear. It looks like you’ll be happy you did. No, you can’t carry on a Skype phone call from your watch, but you can at least check your watch to see who’s calling.
Skype has announced a new update that adds support for Android Wear smartwatches.

Incoming calls can be declined or accepted, and users can hold Skype conversations the old-fashioned way – by using microphones, headphones, or wireless Bluetooth speakers or headsets. During a call, you can tap into your Android Wear watch to mute, pause, hang up or switch to a different incoming call.
