Man arrested after placing camera in Wesley bathroom

He was booked on multiple felony charges including aggravated battery with a firearm, abduction and kidnapping.

The Wichita Eagle (http://bit.ly/1WulFN5 ) reports the 15-year-old was walking around midnight on Saturday or early Sunday morning when someone came up from behind and put a gun in his back.

Apparently, the 58-year-old Kansas man approached the teenager on the street Saturday night and forced him to go to his home at gunpoint and proceeded to attach jumper cables to his ears!

Police say McDowell questioned the teen about a recent robbery, claiming that he was robbed by the 15-year-old boy’s and that he believed the teen knew who was responsible. A 15-year-old autistic boy”, said the boy’s sister, who didn’t want to be identified, to KSNW.”You can’t do anything.

“That’s just, that’s just wrong”.

His father took him to a hospital to be checked out.

‘As far as my mother, she feels protected now that he’s locked up, but she is a little anxious that he might get out on bond and stuff. He then attached jumper cables to the teen’s ears and shocked him repeatedly.

The boy was taken to hospital but was not seriously injured.
