According to the footage, the well-dressed man asked the vendor woman for the 15 flower but agreed on $140 deal for all flowers.
But on one condition, that ‘she must hand all flowers to random people’.
She after knowing the catch, burst into tears, but the man said “Don’t be like that – it’s a happy day”.
The whole scene was recorded in camera and later got uploaded online.
