Grimmy is set to win this year’s X Factor says Simon

Bosses have now scrapped initial plans to make the judges’ houses round live explaining that for “logistical and technical reasons” that’s not going to happen.

The newspaper states that Nick irritated Simon with his lengthy prevarications at Boot Camp, and the fed up music mogul allegedly snapped at him, saying, “Just sit someone down” during the controversial Six Chair Challenge.

This week we see the next stage of boot camp where the contestants sing for survival in front of the judges. Mason Noise seemed to think that he had what it took and gave a shaky but entertaining performance.

Former contestant Olly Murs hosts the show alongside Carline Flack.

The 24-year-old singing teacher from Rome, has more than a bit of a wardrobe malfunction.

“Don’t worry about it”, Nick reassured him afterwards.

Cowell told her: “We made a mistake, so it’s a yes”.

The X Factor continues next Sunday (October 4) at 7pm on ITV.

If they get their nod, they stand to win one of the coveted places in the six chair challenge and move closer to winning the competition.

While Brighton market trader Louisa Johnson and St Helen’s barmaid Keira Weathers were among the others who got the judges’ backing.

But Simon, who is mentoring the overs category and has made global stars of One Direction, Susan Boyle, 54, and Leona Lewis, 30, is convinced viewers will back Grimmy’s boys.
