According to Gizmodo, Nexus 5X is not exactly a clone but more of a new generation of the Nexus 5.

The Nexus 5X sports a 5.2-inch fullHD display, 2GB of RAM and is powered by the Snapdragon 808, while the Nexus 6P comes with a 5.7-inch QHD panel, 3GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 810 processor.

The component also works with several phone sensors such as the fingerprint reader, gyroscope, and accelerometer-allowing the Sensor Hub to read and interpret gestures, activities, and more. The 32GB model will be priced slightly higher at $429 or $17.88 a month for the next 24-months.
