Rise of the Tomb Raider Estimated to Take 15-20 Hours

Rise of the Tomb Raider developer Crystal Dynamics has discussed the game’s length in a new interview, confirming that it will take around 15 to 20 hours to finish the main campaign.

While speaking with Pixel Vulture, Mike Brinker stated that “Expect to spend around 30-40 hours getting everything done. This is gathering every weapons, ability and completing every side quest”, Brinker adds.

Tomb Raider is a franchise known for exploration and finding all the hidden nooks and crannies along with all the in game treasures.

However, he also mentioned that the “hub areas” in Rise of the Tomb Raider “have been increased by three times the size” from the first game.

Rise of the Tomb Raider will launch on November 10, 2015 on Xbox platforms, followed by an early 2016 release for the PC and a holiday 2016 release for the PlayStation 4. There is only so many big video games you can consume at one time.

The sequel to the acclaimed 2013 Tomb Raider reboot promises to feature more diverse environments and larger tomb puzzles, as Lara confronts a new enemy that has been lying in the shadows.
