A heartless dad killed his four year old daughter just few months after he won custody of her.

According to the report, the 30 year old father, Carl Wheatley, killed his four year old daughter just few months after he won the custody over her.
He later accepted the crime but said that he didn’t want to kill her but it was an accident when he lost his temper and delivered a “hard beating”.
He even claimed that he called emergency services when he found her daughter stopped breathing, but prosecution denied this.
Mr. Carl was even fighting custody for her three year another daughter, who he had with another woman.
The trial continues.
