Fans will get a chance to see how – or if – Fields is embraced by the group.
But if the season 8 trailer is any indication, it looks like Fields might be bringing a few truth they all need to hear.
Newcomer, and former Facts of Life star Kim Fields, seems to be welcomed by Kenya Moore who refers to her as Hollywood royalty but not all the ladies feel the same way toward the actress. (Again, not a surprise given she was seen shooting with the ladies all season.) She was an original “housewife” who was a regular the first four seasons and remains a single woman.
Catfights and tears, a martial crisis and a pregnancy are among the story twists and turns in Bravo’s just-released trailer for season eight, which premieres November 8.
Claudia Jordan is also out, while Fields will be joined by fellow newcomer Shamea Morton. Most important, Sheree Whitfield, of She by Sheree fame, is back. Fields is the former star of the series “Facts of Life“.
Kim is surprised to find out that Phaedras’ husband, Apollo Nida, is in prison. Kenya’s dating like a man. Peter’s cheating on Cynthia. In one scene she asks, “Are we grown ass women talking like this?” Does she have what it takes to deal with the other wives?
Premiering immediately after at 9pm ET/PT is season two of “Untying the Knot” with celebrity divorce attorney and expert mediator Vikki Ziegler as she travels the country using her distinct brand of honest, empathetic and to-the-point communication to help couples “divorce with dignity” through mediation Porsha Williams.

“Didn’t I tell you this was a wild bunch, girl?” Kenya will be trying to find love, Cynthia will face marriage problems with Peter and Kandi Burruss will get ready for her baby.
