It’s reported that the man, known only as Elvis, took the charge of creating a small house for the 60 year old homeless Smokie.
He explained that she visited him asking for the recyclable material.
But after knowing her condition that she used to sleep over streets, he decided to build a small house for the lady.
Elvis and Smokie became good friends since then, and Elvis even gifted a mobile phone so that she get in contact whenever in need.
