Patient who had his leg amputated in the hospital, planning now to sue the hospital as they threw his severed leg in rubbish.

According to the report, the local police found the leg in the rubbish with a tag which showed the patients name.
Thinking of something bad, they knocked the door of patient.
But they found – he was still alive and explained that he had his leg amputated at the hospital a month ago and had no idea why it had been thrown in the bin.
Spokesman from the hospital said that when they came to know about the scene, they took immediate action to find out the cause.
He even assured that this type of incident won’t happen again.
However, the patient is now planning to sue the hospital for alleged ’emotional distress.’
