Lena Dunham calls tweets she gets ‘verbal violence’
Even though the kerfuffle – and similar controversies – took place on Instagram and not Twitter, Lena says that the “verbal violence” directed towards her has caused her to leave the social media platform for good.

In addition to her breakup with Twitter, Dunham confirmed the television series that made her a household name will be ending after its next full season.
Anyway, Lena jammed all five toes in her gaping maw even worse than usual this time, and she fortunately had the sense to quickly apologize to what we assume is her rapidly dwindling fan base. Remember guys, everyone makes mistakes!
