Spider In Woman’s Ear – It’s Not Charlotte’s Web! It’s A Nightmare
According to Central European News, Meng thought she had been cursed.

According to Huffington Post, 25-year-old Li Meng went for a hike with her boyfriend and began hearing scratching noises in her ear on the night she returned home. Arachnids and other creepy crawlies do occasionally find themselves inside human ear canals.
Li did not immediately go to a doctor, however, because she was under the impression the pain was the result of a demonic spirit.
At first, all she heard was “scratching” sounds coming from inside her head.
What was inside Meng’s ear was much worse than anything she could have imagined.
After going on a hiking trip, a Chinese woman was stunned to find out the pain and scratching she felt in her ear were being caused by a tiny pest. She even said, “I even went to a temple to pray but it didn’t help”, according to News.
Ming is not sure how it got in her ear but says it most likely happened during a hiking trip with her boyfriend after she climbed a tree. Doctors were eventually able to medically subdue the spider and remove it from Meng’s ear with a pair of tweezers.
But removing the eight-legged creature wasn’t an easy task, not even for Dr. Chen Zhaoyue, an ear, nose and throat specialist.
