Would You Join a PC Games of the Month Club for $12?
“The goal of the Humble Monthly is to present an offering of games to our audience that we normally wouldn’t be able to deliver to them”, said Robert Bowling, VP and Creative Director at Humble Bundle, in conversation with IGN.

According to the company, the “Humble Monthly” bundles will unlock at the first Friday of the month and be available for PC owners on Steam (sorry, Mac owners and those who are fans of Humble Bundle’s mobile bundles). The page states that the games will be a mix of hidden gems as well as newly released hits, and that it will feature games not part of previous bundles. That all depends on the games you’re getting, and Humble Bundle promises it’ll be “on par with the type of premium content that Humble Bundle is known for, but with even more added value”.
According to the Monthly Humble Bundle sign-up page, each month subscribers will receive a “highly curated bundled of your favourite games at one fixed price”.
Another perk: 5% of the cost of the subscription will be donated to charity.
The first mystery pack will go out on November 6th. However, in the future, a few games will be DRM-free and may not be on Steam, or may appear on other platforms. You can pay anything you want for the bundle – with a minimum payment of a single USA dollar – and choose how to split your payment between the game’s publisher, the developer or whichever charity is being supported. If you ever cancel, they don’t take anything away – the games are yours forever, it just stops you receiving the next month’s delivery.

The games on offer haven’t been announced yet, but we believe it follow the same format as Loot Crate (or the local version Geek Crate), where you pay and the products received are a surprise. There’s also the Humble Store, which sells computer games like other digital storefronts.
