Vigils held to mourn victims of Vaughan crash
Marco Michael Muzzo, 29, is facing 18 charges as a result of the crash, including driving with a blood-alcohol level of over 80 (more than 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood) causing death.

York Regional Police seized the jeep belonging to Marco Muzzo after the deadly crash on Sunday in Vaughan, Ont., north of Toronto.
A few members of Muzzo’s family were at the courthouse, surrounded by their private security detail.
Muzzo did not make eye contact with them while standing in the prisoner’s box.
As the family left in multiple SUVs, a woman could be heard yelling “justice” in the background.
Speaking to his client’s state of mind for the first time since his arrest, Greenspan said the 29-year-old is “devastated”.
On Friday, Greenspan requested that the bail hearing be adjourned to October 19, the day of the federal election.
“There’s not going to be any responses to specific factual questions”.
A candlelight vigil for the Neville-Lake family is expected to be held later Thursday, at the St. Padre Pio church in Vaughan.
Nine-year-old Daniel Neville-Lake, his five-year-old brother Harrison, their two-year-old sister Milly and their 65-year-old grandfather died in the crash.
“We have not received, until this morning, police disclosure, and despite the suggestion that the media has gained information quite improperly from police sources”, he said.
There will be two services at the Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at the northeast corner of Chinguacousy Road and Bovaird Drive West.
Muzzo’s family, worth $1.8 billion, owns the construction company Marel Contractors.

A spokeswoman for the local MADD chapter who went to the courthouse as a show of support for the Neville-Lake family said it was unfortunate that it took a tragedy to draw attention to the dangers of drunk driving.
