Ranveer-Anushka to team up for Aditya Chopra’s Directorial?
On legendary director Yash Chopra’s 83rd Birth Anniversary, his son and film maker Aditya Chopra made a decision to surprise us all with the announcement of his next directorial venture “Befikre”. The said letter also contained an “imaginary conversation” between Aditya and his father who until now he still regards as his “Go to Guy”.

Aditya Chopra has till now helmed three movies – “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge” in 1995, “Mohabattein” in 2000 and Anushka Sharma’s Bollywood debut “Rab Ne Banaa Di Jodi” in 2008. Husband Aditya Chopra is making every step to keep his wife Rani in comfort zone and away from media, as he already knows that all eyes are on them now.
Asked what excited him about the script, he shares: “It’s just very different to any of the films I have directed so far. And happy to see my brothers next movie being announced today #Befikre #TodayIsAGoodDay”. The top most two contenders seem to be Parineeti Chopra and Vaani Kapoor – both of whom shared screen space with Sushanth Singh Rajput in Shudh Desi Romance.

And so, it doesn’t quite bother Aditya even if the movie may not make it to the Rs. 100 crore or Rs. 200 crore clubs of Bollywood. The announcement was made by Aditya on the eve of his father’s 83 Birth Anniversary. The film is titled as “Befikre- Those who dare to love“.
