Wedding favors cause evacuation at Denver global Airport security
These souvenirs really weren’t the bomb. No one wants to carry home a trinket emblazoned with the bride and groom’s names and wedding date, and none of us have space for three mason jars filled with colored sand. Turns out that while the bottles were suggested they had TNT, they actually contained bath salts.

An agent watching an X-ray monitor spotted wax and fuses inside a checked bag at the airport.
Posting a snapshot of the bottles on its Instagram page, the USA airport security body – the TSA – warned travellers to be “mindful” of the contents of their luggage.
The TSA said a 20-minute evacuation at a Denver airport was caused by wedding favors labeled “TNT” and created to look like explosives.
Hard truth: Wedding favors (unless they’re edible) often suck.

Bomb specialists were called in and officials evacuated the security area for 20 minutes so each bottle could be examined.
