It has been reported that the Victoria Bascom from Lake County in Ohio, was travelling between Cleveland and Painsevile in a taxi, when she ran away without paying the bill of $100.
She later admitted the guilt before court.
She was ordered initially by the judge to serve 30 days in jail for her crime.
