AAA Mid-Atlantic: New Jersey gas prices still falling
The average price has dropped 49 consecutive days and 75 of the past 78, decreasing $1.22, including one cent on Thursday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

“Falling averages are often the trend at this time of year due to a decline in driving and the switchover to winter-blend gasoline”.
Michigan’s current statewide average is about $2.52 per gallon, about 9 cents more than last week’s average and about 76 cents less than this same time a year ago.
This fall’s refinery maintenance season is expected to be heavier than in years past because refineries ran at such high rates during the summer.
