There were also speculations that Google will officially release Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for Moto G series this week, specifically on September 29, 2015. It seems that the owners of HTC devices have criticized the manufacturing company because they are delaying the updates for their handsets. Here are a few of the important features of latest version. Fingerprint security is now available as well, so no need to remember passwords when unlocking Android devices or checking out on Android Pay or Google Play Store. Korea’s LG made mid-range Nexus 5X and China’s Huawei the flagship Nexus 6P. Prices start at $500 for U.S. customers. However, the actual phones will be shipped out later in October.

On the other hand, the Nexus 5X is the cheaper alternative to the 6P.

The smartphone comes with a 12.3-megapixel rear camera with dual tone LED flash, laser autofocus and it also comes equipped with a 5.0-megapixel front facing camera for clicking selfies.

The Nexus 6P will be available in Aluminium (silver), Graphite (black) and Frost (white).

Google has also announced two new Chromecasts and the Pixel C during the show, in case you’re interested.

The Google Pixel C is its attempt to derail the iPad Pro. Unlike the Surface though, the Pixel C’s keyboard attaches magnetically and relies on Bluetooth, rather than a docking mechanism. It isn’t the same as Google Cast for Audio, which links up Chromecast with your speakers, but rather, it works with any phone, tablet, or laptop that is connected to your network. It supports streaming services including Spotify, among others.

There’s no word on availability for the iOS version of this update, but presumably it’s coming soon.
