It has been reported that the lady, Jennie Esler, was on a trip of Caribbean island of Antigua, but when she returned home, by taking eight hour flight on Saturday, she spotted the giant deadly centipede in laundry.
People says that the species is toxic to humans and can cause pain, swelling, chills and fever.
She said later that she had no idea how the crawling species managed to get into her luggage.
However, she immediately called the emergency services and asked what to do.
They advised her to talk to the zoo officials and hand it to them.
The bug, whom she named Curtley, is now having its new home at Bristol Zoo’s Bug World exhibit.
A zoo officials later explained “It is hard to tell whether Curtley is male or female but we do know that they like digging tunnels and particularly like eating crickets”.
