Restaurant loses licence after inspector finds a rotting mouse in kitchen
A restaurant lost their license after the food inspector found a rotting mouse in the restaurant’s kitchen.

It has been reported that the Indian restaurant, Rani Indian Cuisine in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, got its license cancelled when the food officials raided and found a dead mouse, nearly in rotting position, in the kitchen of the restaurant.
The inspector later explained that not only mouse, they even found several dead and rotting flies, and other insects.
He added that the floors, ceiling wall, doors and windows of the kitchen were completely damaged and was very much dirty.
During the visit to the restaurant, they felt a strong odor of something very bad – when they investigated by inside, they found the rotting rat.
The owner of the restaurant, Kumud Roy, has now got banned from running any type of food business in near future.
He has been given a 300-hour community penalty, together with a hygiene prohibition order.
