With Ubisoft’s consumer confidence in decline, they have just revealed that for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Syndicate the game will have microtransactions. “Rest assured”, he continued “all of “AC Syndicate’s” content is available without paying anything additional and the game has been balanced such that microtransactions are 100% optional”.

In an interview with IGN, Pelland said that the microtransactions would only speed players’ progress up and would not withhold any game content. As the previous entry, Assassin’s Creed: Unity, was nearly 39.36GB digitally, it comes as no surprise that the sequel lands on the same mark.
