Skyworks Agrees to Buy PMC-Sierra for $2 Billion Cash
PMC shareholders will get $10.50 a share, a 37 percent premium to Mondays close of $7.69 on the Nasdaq. They set a “neutral” rating and a $7.00 price objective on the stock.

Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ:SWKS) shares saw an uptick in trading volume on Tuesday, AnalystRatings.NET reports. Bank of America lifted their price objective on shares of Skyworks Solutions from $115.00 to $125.00 and gave the stock a “buy” rating in a research report on Friday, June 19th.
