A young college student turned into a viral Internet sensation this morning when her student I.D. was found by none other than Tom Hanks (seriously, she’s so lucky!).

It’s safe to say she is now a very popular “Lauren” of Fordham University. Another claimed to be her friend.
Lauren! I found your Student ID in the park. Fordham said it would get in touch with Hanks to get the ID back for the student, identified only as “Lauren”.
Tom has only posted 14 photos on Instagram, and four of those are pictures of stray gloves he’s spotted on the streets of New York.
Hanks made a social media splash in March after one of his credit cards went missing.

The Oscar victor shared a photo of a lost ID through his Twitter account on Tuesday in order to return the card to its rightful owner, according to People. Once again you make it impossible to hate you – even despite that colossal mess that was Cloud Atlas.
