Jay Leno pranks Uber passengers

Jay Leno is taking the marketing for his new CNBC show directly to the people.

Jay Leno says it’s been easy to lure Francis Ford Coppola, Laurence Fishburne and other famous folks to his new car-centric TV show. Late night icon and unabashed automotive enthusiast Jay Leno went undercover as Rocco for a day, leaving a few lucky passengers with the story of a lifetime, and maybe a few selfies.

“I watch Jimmy [Fallon]; I watch Seth [Meyers]”, he said. “I don’t think I can continue. Can someone can tag in for me?”

If Leno did appear it would have been his first appearance on Letterman’s show since 1992.

Enter Leno stage left, who proved he still has what it takes by jumping straight into a political segment. Following his tenure on the late-night show, the former host of over two decades visited as a guest on November. 8, 2014, and also performed standup.
