Lesser Known Signs Can Indicate Breast Cancer
A portion of Southwest Second Street in downtown Fort Lauderdale, from South Andrews Avenue to Fifth Avenue, was painted pink on Thursday, October 1st – the official kickoff for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Wendy Hunter was one of the people who beat breast cancer and wanted to help those who are still fighting.

Funds are also used for research programs that are paying off. Since 1990, there’s been a 30% reduction in breast cancer deaths.
