With Windows 10 having been launched this past summer, it took a bit longer for the Surface Pro 4 to arrive than most had expected, but that extra wait does mean one important thing: Intel’s latest and greatest Skylake processors are under the hood. Early criticisms of the Surface Book mostly focused on what the Verge calls its “insane” hinge.

The laptop weighs just 1.6 lbs and is 7.7mm thin.
The Surface Book, which will compete with Apple’s Macbook and Google’s Chromebook, will run NVidia’s GeForce graphics processing unit (GPU) with 12 hours of battery life.

Prices start at $1,499 with pre-order available now and sales beginning October 26.
The new computer is the spiritual successor to the company’s Surface line of hybrid tablet/laptop devices.
The Surface Pro 4 has a 12.3-inch display in the same physical footprint of the older 12-inch device, making it compatible with existing keyboard accessories.
For ease of typing, the Surface Pro 4 can be used with Type Cover with a glss trackpad, which has a more spacious keys on keyboard. Microsoft has also included support for the Microsoft Surface Pen, which is actually included. Pre-orders for the Surface Pro 4 can be made here later today.
Following the Hololens demonstration, Lyndsey Matese discussed the new Microsoft Band, which comes with built-in Global Positioning System, UV monitoring, guided workouts, sleep tracking, calorie tracking, and notifications, along with Cortana virtual assistant integration. The Surface Book should start from $2299.
Over the years Microsoft has not had the best luck when it comes to mobile phones.
This is the first time that Microsoft has created its own laptops. And both phones have a 20MP rear camera with a wide-angle 5MP front camera.

It also launched the Lumia 950 and the 950 XL featuring 5.2- and 5.7-inch screens, which will be priced at United States dollars 549 (about Rs 35,780) and USD 649 (about Rs 42,300), respectively.
