But since the allegations against him re-emerged last fall, his attorneys have endeavored to raise doubts about individual accusers and about their stories as multiple women joined the chorus of those making allegations against Cosby.

“I believe it’s healing and it’s cathartic to be able to talk to each other”.
NBC News National Correspondent Kate Snow will conduct the hour-long interview as almost half of the comedian’s accusers will talk about their recollections of the alleged assaults.
“Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins’ body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious”, the lawsuit states. “It is time Bill Cosby was held accountable for his actions”.
In the special, the women interviewed will respond to questions and skepticism about their allegations, and the denials from Cosby and his legal team, NBC said.

Goins is demanding more than $75,000 in damages for counts including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity.
Goins sued Cosby in a Los Angeles federal court on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, claiming the comedian sexually assualted her in 2008 at the Playboy Mansion.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Los Angeles prosecutors were looking into Goins’ case to possibly bring the first set of criminal charges against the comedian.
In the lawsuit filed Tuesday, Goins’ lawyers named 40 other women across the nation who have alleged they were sexually assaulted, molested or subject to misconduct by Cosby over the decades. “It’s under review. That’s all I’ll say”, Jane Robison, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said. He has previously denied the accusations and denied Cosby was in town on the date one of the model’s lawyers has said the incident occurred.

Gloria Allred, the attorney who represents Huth, declined to reveal to Reuters the location of where the deposition will be taken. Cosby also faces two defamation lawsuits, one filed by model Janice Dickinson and another by three other accusers.
