A deposition in the case is scheduled Friday, but whether the details will be made public remains up in the air. Snow also spoke with attorney Gloria Allred, who represents many of Cosby’s accusers, and a group of anonymous Jane Does who testified under oath in 2005 about being assaulted.

On Tuesday, another woman filed suit against Cosby, alleging he sexually assaulted her in 2008, also at the Playboy Mansion, when she was 18. Last week, she said, she was barred from discussing it, including its location. But Huth has pursued her civil claim against the comedian, claiming “psychological damage and mental anguish” from the alleged molestation. Fox News reports stated in the lawsuit that “Bill Cosby touched an intimate part of Chloe Goins’ body while she was seriously disabled and/or unconscious”.
On Friday, NBC Dateline is hosting a special to speak with 27 of Cosby’s accusers.
A judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a woman who accuses Bill Cosby of molesting her at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970s when she was 15.
He added: “We are confident that when all the facts come out Mr Cosby will have to answer for his actions to not only my client but all the women he has devastated”. After being deposed, Cosby settled the case out of court for an undisclosed amount.
She does not claim Cosby raped her, but her attorney Spencer Kuvin revealed other disturbing allegations.
Cosby’s attorney Marty Singer did not immediately return an email message seeking comment about Goins’ lawsuit.
Cosby’s attorneys contend that Huth once tried to sell her story to the National Enquirer and that it is “absolutely false”.

Karlan said in his ruling that he was troubled by the mistake by Huth’s previous lawyer, but despite that he felt Cosby could still get a fair trial. Her allegations were investigated by the LAPD and are being reviewed by prosecutors.
