Falcao won’t hear bad word against Chelsea boss Mourinho

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly “decided against” permanently acquiring striker Radamel Falcao for the defending Premier League champions as he had not met the expectations of the Stamford Bridge giants so far in the season, as per Metro.

The Blues raised eyebrows in the summer as they elected to become Falcao’s next port of call, despite seeing the Colombian strike just four goals during a woeful spell with Manchester United last season.

Things haven’t gone much better for the 29-year-old in West London, scoring just one goal since joining Chelsea. Falcao feels that the team’s displays haven’t helped him.

“I’m OK. Growing up, every day I feel better”, Colombian global Falcao said on Monday.

The team as a whole have struggled during the early parts of the season and now lie in 16th place in the Premier League.

“We have the quality and skills to change this and reverse the situation”.

Blues fans only need to look at Brendan Rodgers, who was recently relived of his duties at Liverpool despite a similar show of support during pre-season.

The striker has not found life easy in England since his move to United.

Speaking to the media on the sidelines of his national team’s preparation ahead of its first matches for Russian Federation 2018 World Cup qualifiers, Falcao had words of praise and appreciation towards his coach at Chelsea.
