Capello critical of Mourinho

Mata, though, does not think Chelsea should be discounted from the race to win the trophy when they still have so much time to recover their form.

However, with the recent trend of results, Chelsea is in serious danger of missing out of the Champions League next season.

The time has surely come for Mourinho to focus on matters on the pitch, on the training ground and in the dressing room rather than looking for an external cause for such a dismal run.

Mourinho’s team have made a torrid start to the season, with the Portuguese also being charged with misconduct by the Football Association for criticising officials following their 3-1 loss to Southampton.

“In situations like this when the ship needs steering a little bit on the pitch when the manager can’t be the man on the pitch I think he is someone this team has always looked to”.

Chelsea said on Monday that Mourinho still had the club’s “full support” but warned that results would have to improve and that he should not expect funds to sign players in the January transfer window.

The video titled “José Mourinho’s 7 Minute Rant!” was published by 442oons, an English YouTube channel that creates cartoons and animated parodies about the Premier League. “He should be on the second row”, Cruyff said. It’s probably because of his (non-playing) background, where he’s never been cheered by 100,000 people, or whistled at by 100,000 people.

“I don’t think my players deserve me to be critical of them apart from the two mistakes”, he added. “You live better without pressure”. “They are also psychologically unable to give him what he wants”. ‘What I do know is that when I return I will coach a club’.

“Maybe now a few of the new players are not happy with the way they are being treated, or don’t like the way he talks to them”.

If Jose Mourinho was in any doubt that the knives are out for him, now two huge names in world football have rounded on the beleaguered Chelsea manager.
