Penny Bailey: Body believed to be missing woman found in Donvale
The son of missing Melbourne woman Penny Bailey has been sighted in central Melbourne.

The body was found in bush near the Mullum Mullum Creek in Donvale at 7.10pm on Thursday, police said. The mother-of-three was last seen on Sunday night after having dinner with one of her daughters.
Police said a crime scene had been established and forensic specialists from the Crime Scene Unit were at the scene.
He is now in hospital.
STEPHEN Bailey, 34, was arrested in North Melbourne on Wednesday night and is in hospital receiving medical treatment. Later on Wednesday, police revealed Mr Bailey had been seen in the Lonsdale and Bourke street areas in the CBD between 6.30am and 7am on Wednesday.
A man has been arrested over the disappearance of his mother, who hasn’t been seen since Sunday.

Homicide officers told reporters on Wednesday that they are keeping “an open mind” about Stephen’s involvement in his mother’s disappearance.
‘This is a very large and close family and we’re putting all the support around them that we can’.
