Kevin Harvick, who started the Dover race 15th in the standings, was dominant in the race.

“Well, I think as a competitor and when you look at other sports and as a competitor in general, you know what situations like this are”, he said.
“I definitely felt like I was in more control today”. Just a few little detail could have happened to the No. 4 vehicle Sunday, but it didn’t.
