Street Fighter 5 Second Beta Begins on October 22nd, Features Cross-Platform
Capcom will be hosting another beta session for Street Fighter V, and this time it will be a global beta. The cast has totally switched this time around, with Ryu, Chun-Li, Cammy, Birdie, Nash and M. Bison not available and replaced with Ken, Necalli, Vega and R. Mika to begin with. With Capcom still testing their content delivery system, Rashid will become available on day 2 (Oct. 23rd) and Karin will follow on day 3 (Oct. 24th). PC users gain access to the beta starting October 24th. Both PlayStation 4 and Windows PC players will be able to participate this time around, with this test marking the first time Windows PC players will be able to play.

Capcom has not said if this will be the beta before launch in 2016.
Street Fighter V hits the PS4 and PC sometime next year.
It took two tries, but finally, the first ‘Street Fighter V’ PS4 beta introduced a whole community to the new marquee fighter. Also this beta will allow players to spend their fight money winnings. The top of the official announcement post also makes it clear that they’re unsure how well the servers will cope with the number of players once again and that, as a beta, players should expect problems. If you’re curious about participating in the beta, then head here for more information. (Preorder here for North America, here for Latin America) After preordering, a beta key will be sent.
You also have the opportunity to unlock stages using Fight Money though any money, titles and leaderboard rankings you own won’t be in the next beta phase or the finished game.

Those on PC who haven’t already gotten access to the SF5 beta can do so by pre-ordering the game on Steam or through reputable third-party marketplaces. If you missed out on the first one, you’ll be able to get in a second beta later this month.
