Joe Giudice is breaking his silence on his wife’s stint in jail, and it sounds like Teresa Giudice is worse for wear and slowly breaking down while behind bars!
The three-parts show Teresa’s brother Joe Gorga, sister-in-law Melissa and cousin Rosie Pierri, helping Joe Giudice as he navigates Gia’s eighth grade prom and graduation, pre-teen hormones and the always-energetic Milania as well as regular trips down to the Jersey Shore and a trip to the Catskills. “I don’t know what happened in the courtroom that day”, Joe went on to say about the incarceration of his wife. “She wants to be home”, added Joe.
Alo Ceballos/GC Images The Giudices faced federal fraud charges in court in March 2014 in Newark, N.J. Joe will then start his prison stay, which will last 41 months. The plea deal made guaranteed that one member of the couple would be out and free to care for their children.
Confessing to the site that the couple’s youngest of their four daughters, Adriana, “cries sometimes” when it’s time to leave her mum, Joe also revealed that their daughter is starting to get used to seeing her mum in the slammer.
“Whenever we get there, Milania is just like, ‘Mommy why can’t you just come home?” Love love love you all, ” the reality star said on her Twitter page.
On Wednesday, the 43-year-old star of the Real Housewives Of New Jersey spoke to Today’s Tamron Hall about his wife’s incarceration and the possibility he will not only serve time, but also be deported back to his native Italy. In it, the Giudice clan will reveal what it’s like to have their mom behind bars while learning more about Teresa’s situation.
Joe said the illegal activity, which he and his wife pleaded guilty, happened before the reality TV series premiered. That’s the question that was raised recently, and Teresa’s fans are waiting for an answer.
But Joe tackled not only those rumors but took responsibility for the fact that Teresa is in prison serving a sentence for fraud. I couldn’t believe it.

“I’m not saying I did anything wrong or illegal”, Joe explained, “but there were definitely people talking to [legal authorities] behind [the scenes]… telling them we did this or we did that and bringing it to attention”. It might be a little over two months away, but new reports are claiming that Giudice’s release date is just around the corner.
